Will the Minister of YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTSbe pleased to state :- (a) whether it is a fact that for providing various equipments at various stadia and sports village for CWG, tenders were invited in a manner to favour foreign companies and to eliminate Indian companies;
(b) the details of contracts awarded to foreign companies;
(c) whether it is a fact that such foreign companies executed their contract by procuring the goods/equipment form Indian companies;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(e) whether it is fact that because of this the country was made to pay for its own goods in valuable foreign exchange and if so, the action contemplated by Government?
